Efficient Delivery - We always aim to send your order on receipt. Orders placed before 2 pm (EST) Monday-Friday will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2 pm (EST) will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses and make one delivery charge per delivery address. We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped.
Australian Delivery Options

- Express Post (1 - 2 days) $10.50
Choose the delivery option that best suits how quickly you need your selected items. Registered Post is at a flat rate of $10.50 to anywhere in Australia, is delivered 3 - 5 working days from the time of dispatch, is able to be tracked and is delivered to your front door with a request for your signature. Express Post is at a flat rate of $10.50 to anywhere in Australia and is delivered the next working day from the time of dispatch by a courier.
Orders
Please note that for inventory purposes each item requested constitutes an individual order. Wherever possible we will attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment and on one invoice. Due to inventory and packaging requirements, however, orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages. When an order is sent in multiple packages, Crystal Jewellery Collection is always conscious of the pricing implications.
Order Acceptance
Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. The contract of the sale of the goods will not be formed until delivery of the goods to you at the address that you give us. We retain the right to treat items ordered as separate orders.
Legal Statements on Returns
We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition with all original labelling and have a copy of the invoice included. Refunds will be made by the original payment method. Full details on how to do so are included with your order. Goods are returned to Crystal Jewellery Collection at your own expense. We recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit when posted back to us. Crystal Jewellery Collection will pay shipping on your first exchange. Subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard shipping rate. Returns are not possible on items that have been specially custom made for you.

Every care has been taken to describe items accurately, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction (refer to the colour charts for more accurate representations of colours and effects) to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the text descriptions, colours or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. Photos are not to scale (refer to the measurements in the product listings to learn of exact sizes). Crystal Jewellery Collection shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty, breach of contract, negligence or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. Orders are for the personal, non-commercial use of our customer. Please note, local import duties maybe payable on receipt. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, in accordance with Australian law. All of the above does not effect your statutory rights.
Returns information
We hope you love your new items from Crystal Jewellery Collection but, if for any reason, we fail to meet your expectations, you may return or exchange the item free within Australia at any time within 14 days of receipt. We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition, with all original labelling attached. We will not accept returns on items that have been specially customised for you. For return or exchange, the cost of postage to Crystal Jewellery Collection is your responsibility. Refunds will be made by original payment method. Full details of how to do so are included with your order. Please retain Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. While every effort has been made to maintain our low prices, market conditions and manufacturers' price increases may necessitate price adjustments.
